Matt loves the camaraderie behind the bar and being part of a team that leads with excellence, compassion, and ethics. With eight years of coffee experience under his belt, he still lights up when he gets to pair a fresh cardamom twist with whatever wild roast is on bar that day.

Kenji loves the unique mix of personalities he gets to learn from each day. Whether he’s pulling a perfect cortado or chatting with guests about the wild roast on bar, he brings curiosity and heart to every shift.

Avra loves baking treats that are safe and delicious, especially for folks with allergies like hers. Getting to use real, whole ingredients is the cherry on top.
