The richness, density and moistness of these creations is unbelievable and easily rivals fancy bakeries of Seattle or SF. How she is able to turn traditional standards like chocolate brownies and vanilla cake into gastronomical revelations is beyond me but I find myself counting the days until the next visit.
So many wonderful GF and vegan options for our kids to choose from! We were so pleased and will likely travel out regularly. I LOVED the frozen pies and rolls we could take home to bake later. The lemon lavender cake was delicious! We are excited to order a birthday cake here in the future; a group of 11yo kids will not even suspect it's GF.
Their sourdough bread is one of the best I’ve had, tangy, chewy, and it freezes beautifully, so you can always have some on hand. Beyond the bread, they offer a selection of cakes, scones, muffins, and cookies. Everything is gluten-free, and many items are dairy-free and vegan, making it a reliable spot for those with dietary restrictions.
I don’t who cracked the code on this but they deserve to be rich! It was light, buttery, and flaky just like a non-gluten free croissant. Thank you so much for all the yummy treats. Will most definitely be back it is entirely worth the drive from Seattle!
I can not believe it was all gluten free. It was absolutely delicious. Definitely going to be recommending them to clients in the future and will be stopping by next time I'm in the area.
Not only is the owner Lauren extremely conscientious of sourcing her products from local farmers & committed to excellence with her dye free & all natural alternatives, her flavor combinations and texture of her products are out of this world and one of a kind. I don’t know what kind of magic she possesses but she is quite talented.
